@RHP_UK 24 hours. Under Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, you have the right to expect your landlord to carry out repairs in a 'reasonable time'. If it's an emergency repair as you've got no heating or hot water, your landlord should fix this in 24 hours.
@RHP_UK @UKParliament@BBCNews As mentioned. I’ve called your office many times and given my address numerous times and requested for managers to call me back and I have been robbed off and heard NOTHING.

@RHP_UK I have just been told that you can’t give me a time frame for a call back and what you will do is “try” and get someone to contact me as soon as possible.
@RHP_UK I’ve been on the phone to you this morning now I am calling back again as you didn’t see the urgency. You have advised that your are going to get “try” and get back in contact with the original people who fitted my kitchen instead of simply sending a plumber!!
@RHP_UK this is classed as an emergency, I have a minor in the house and I’ve been advised that it “may” be fixed by someone tomorrow. That’s 5 days without drinking water or being able to wash my sons clothes. This is inhumane and I’m pretty sure illegal?
@RHP_UK I have been left with no drinking water since Thursday. It’s now Sunday. You’ve sent out the same engineer two days in a row who’s said he doesn’t know how to fix it. I have a 4 year old son in the house. I can’t even use my washing machine.
