Our channel supports 4 Full-Time Employees, 7 Voice Actors, and 4 Supporting Staff. Their main source of income has been pulled out from under them with no prior warning.

We have no channel strikes, monetization issues, or violations, and we have abided by all YouTube Partner Guidelines over the last 12+ years of creating content.

All of our Employees, Voice Actors, and Contractors are aged 18+, which is why I am perplexed as to why our channel has been demonetized for “Harmful content involving minors.”

We create content within the video game Minecraft, and our style is aimed to mimic a typical animation/anime style. Hence, our characters, branding, and art are designed to be bright and colorful, and our Voice Actors use a range of pitch and tone to bring our characters to life.

However, we do not have any minors in our content, nor are our characters designed to be minors.

We need a response urgently. January is already a tough month on YouTube, and every hour that passes jeopardizes the future of our channel.
