THE BLOCK: Decentralized storage firm Storj Labs files voluntary Chapter 11 to clear legacy liabilities from earlier acquisitions, with STORJ down 19% on the day.

BitMEX, Movement Labs, Poolin and BitMart have all also folded or filed in July. Storj's storage network keeps running as normal, the company said.
