@LloydsBank Is it possible to dm us a telephone number for IT please, as it is an IT issue but we keep getting call handlers with a script that does not cover our problem. Just telling us they'll refer it on.

We are forced to temporarily close as we struggle with our bank, unable to make payments @LloydsBank please can you sort this out, it's been over a week now. Every time we call, we are told to wait 48 hours

@LloydsBank We have already raised a complaint and have a ticket number for it, and the complaint has been escalated, but we are no further forward than we were on the 13/05/24 when we raised this

@LloydsBank Thank you, it is so frustrating as each time we call we are told, wait another 48 hours, then no one calls us back so we have to call them again, to be told the same thing.
