I am blind of sight, yet my heart sees all. I feel the wind's breath, i hear the night's fall. I might float like a butterfly, but I sting like a potter wasp.
So I became a super hero to protect the innocent from people like you, @Gradepocalypse. And I am armed with electrified ceramic blades and quick drying clay blasters. So if you don’t stand down, I will cut you down. I hope I make myself clear.
Sadly, the driver couldn’t stop, so I crashed and lost me sight. But when I recovered enough to learn pottery as part of physical therapy, I learned that I had ESP and could mould the clay from a distance. I could even control it when I forged it into ceramic.
Besides, how was I supposed to know some moron had decided to cut the brake line of a blooming petrol truck? It’s not like the driver knew from the start that he couldn’t stop when he got to that intersection. ‘Course, if he had, the Russian probably would’ve shot me.
But no use crying over spilt milk, eh? If I hadn’t picked up Russian by being a London cabbie, I wouldn’t have heard or understood what that chap was saying. And while purposefully taking a wrong turn might’ve been dangerous, I couldn’t just sit back and do nothin’.
I may not have always been a superhero, or blind for that matter, but when life gives you lemons (or a rampaging petrol truck) you make lemonade. If only that Russian I picked up in me cab hadn’t decided to be a criminal, I might still be able to see.
Now then, what’s all this here? I don’t know who you are, @Gradepocalypse, and I don’t really give a fig. But when you threaten innocent people, you are sticking your mug in a wasp’s nest. And guess what mate…I’m the queen. You can call me Potter Wasp.
