@DrCatharineY I've had my shingles vaccine (two shots) and the first one was very uncomfortable for a week.
I'm too old for the vaccine to prevent aging. I'll let you know if I notice any reduction in cognitive decline.
Hope for other good benefits too. Look it up.
I'd say: Get the shots!

Clean Air Day is coming up. Have you bought your all-electric EV yet? I Just did a round trip to The Coast in my Tesla, chuckling a bit as big ICE pickup trucks struggled to past me up hills using $50 worthy of fuel. My almost 300 km trip cost $2.25 in clean electricity. No smoke

Looong ago (over 40 y !) I met some hot young pilots from Mountain Home when I spent a winter in Boise Idaho. They would fly over and check the ski hill, then head over to ski later. I skied waay more agressively than they did so they liked to ski with me.
