🚨 The FAKE narrative about Ken Paxton and the Adam Hoffman case is pure election-year smear material:
• The case went to a FULL TRIAL → resulting in a hung jury (7–5 leaning toward guilty).
• The child victim refused to testify again - the parents prioritized his mental health.
• After the local DA recused himself, Paxton’s office negotiated a plea agreement to misdemeanors.
• The JUDGE rejected the initial terms and imposed 60 days in jail. Hoffman ultimately served approximately 29–30 days with good time credit.
Paxton did not “personally” cut some secret sweetheart deal. Prosecutors were forced to make a difficult call in a case involving a reluctant victim. No s*x offender registry requirement was imposed, but jail time was still served.
Stop twisting victim-centered prosecutorial decisions into conspiracy theories. Focus on facts, not attack ads from John Cornyn allies and James Talarico talking points.
James Talarico supports the abuse of children. I have personally been present during committee hearings where he argued in favor of p0rn in front of children under the guise of “the first amendment”. He also supported the mutilation (transition) of children.
Talarico would be devastating for Texas.
Paxton has filed more lawsuits aimed at protecting children than almost any attorney general in the country. There is no comparison.
Dear Senator Hawley,
You have betrayed us……
We thought for sure you were going to help us drain the swamp and carry out the mandates we brought forth when electing Trump.
On Memorial Day 2026, while the rest of America paused to honor the fallen who died defending our freedoms, you chose to gavel in a meaningless pro forma Senate session and then gavel it right back out. A 30 second ritual that accomplished exactly nothing except one thing: deliberately blocking President Trump from making a single recess appointment.
You personally stood in the way of the American people’s mandate.
We voted. We won. We gave President Trump the White House, we gave Republicans the Senate, and we sent a clear message……drain the swamp, confirm the loyalists, and move at warp speed to repair what the last four years destroyed.
Instead, you and the rest of the Senate club decided the dusty old rulebook matters more than the will of the voters who handed you the majority.
By keeping the Senate “technically in session” through sham pro forma meetings, you stripped the President of a constitutional tool specifically designed to bypass obstruction like this.
Do you understand what that means, Senator?
It means qualified America First nominees, judges, ambassadors, agency heads, and military leaders remain stuck in limbo while the same entrenched bureaucrats who sabotaged Trump the first time continue holding power. It means the deep state gets more time to resist, delay, leak, obstruct, and laugh at the voters who believed change was finally coming.
It means Americans are once again being told their landslide victory was meaningless because the Senate has “traditions.”
You ran on fighting the swamp. You wrote books about it. You raised your fist outside the Capitol with the rest of us.
Now you’re the one holding the gavel that keeps the swamp alive.
We are not disappointed, Senator Hawley.
We are furious.
You didn’t have to take that presiding slot. You didn’t have to participate in the ritual protecting the establishment from the very change Americans demanded. But you did.
Every day those positions remain unfilled is another day the agenda Americans voted for is delayed.
This is not “procedure.”
This is betrayal dressed up in a suit and tie.
The swamp does not drain itself. It requires leaders willing to confront a broken system instead of protecting it under the banner of “tradition.” Right now, you are choosing the institution over the people who elected you.
We expected better from you.
We still want to believe you are not just another suit who talks tough on Fox News and then folds the moment Senate leadership whispers “tradition.”
Prove us wrong.
Demand these pro forma charades end immediately. Demand recess appointments be allowed so President Trump can govern at the speed this moment requires. Stand in that chamber and publicly call out the hypocrisy.
Because if you don’t, the answer to the question “What did Josh Hawley do on Memorial Day 2026?” will be simple:
He helped keep the swamp alive.
We’re watching.
We’re angry.
And we will remember.
Sincerely,
We the Disappointed, Disgusted, and Determined Trump Voters
The American Majority You Were Elected to Serve

Ken Paxton’s Record on Protecting Texas Children is Why we Need Him In the Senate. A List for Voters:
As Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton has built a legal record centered on protecting children from online exploitation, unsafe medical practices, federal overreach, and deceptive corporate conduct. His record speaks for itself.
Many of Paxton’s actions involve multistate coalitions, regulatory enforcement, legal defenses of existing laws, multiple court filings and letters/opinions that showed a CONSISTENT focus on child welfare. I have always seen and recognized it. He is NOT AFRAID to go after the biggest companies for the sake of Texas kids.
Among the most notable lawsuits and legal actions tied directly to child protection are:
1. Snapchat (2026) Sued for allegedly exposing minors to addictive features and obscene content while misleading parents.
2. Roblox (2025) Lawsuit over failures to protect children from predators and unsafe interactions.
3. TikTok (2024) Action under the SCOPE Act for violations of minors’ privacy and parental consent rules.
4. Medical Providers (2024–2025) Multiple lawsuits against doctors accused of providing banned gender transition treatments to minors, including cases involving Dr. May Lau, Dr. M. Brett Cooper, and Dr. Hector Granados.
5. Pfizer and Tris Pharma (2023) Suit alleging distribution of adulterated ADHD medication to children through Medicaid.
6. HHS/Biden Administration (2024) Lawsuit blocking federal rules affecting foster care providers and gender-identity policies.
7. Epic Systems (2025) Legal action over restrictions on parental access to children’s medical records.
8. Johnson & Johnson/Kenvue (2025) Lawsuit over alleged deceptive marketing of acetaminophen to pregnant women.
In addition to these cases, Paxton’s office has defended age-verification laws for p0rnography websites, challenged abortion-pill distribution into Texas, and launched investigations into major tech platforms over child safety and data privacy.
He also led the charge to shut down backpage .com, the largest global human trafficking network in the world!
Paxton has initiated an estimated 10 to 12 major lawsuits or enforcement actions explicitly framed around protecting minors. This is why I support him!
Paxton doesn’t hesitate to confront powerful corporations, medical institutions, and federal agencies when children and parental rights are at stake. His legal battles are the evidence that Paxton would bring the same approach to the U.S. Senate.
To me, protecting children should be prioritized above everything, and Ken Paxton is one of the most aggressive fighters for children in the United States as Attorney General. I have always supported him, even when the Bush brigade was trying to destroy him.
Cornyn fades in comparison. AG Paxton WILL be our US Senator.
There is so much you can do other than speaking and posting on social media.
First and foremost, you need to put our own HOUSE in order. You are the speaker for a reason. The kind of rhetoric coming out of the house is unacceptable.
Second, organizations and movements like antifa, the trans movement and Muslim brotherhood should be designated as domestic terrorists. And for the love of God, investigate Ilhan, who broke our immigration laws to be in this country. We have laws on the book for those who receive their McGrace on false statements. Use them. Investigate to Tlaib’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Third you should work on dedicating a day as a national holiday to Charlie for all the great work he did for our civil rights. His efforts must be recognized.
Fourth, you have to pass legislation, holding accountable colleges, medical, industry, and federal institutions, responsible for radicalization of our children. Yes, we have free speech and that’s foundational to our republic, but when that free speech on crosses into asking for violence to take place, it is no longer protected.
Yesterday, for the first time, I turned my back on a liberal neighbor and walked away. For Charlie.
I get asked daily by conservatives how I can possibly live in the most liberal town of the most liberal state.
Truth is, I’ve always been fascinated by how they think. I usually just laugh at the irrational takes.
But a single gunshot drained all curiosity and humor out of me.
He simply asked how I was. I said I was sad. He asked why.
“It’s 9/11. My dad was FDNY. And yesterday I lost a friend.”
His face softened. “I’m so sorry.”
I didn’t want to cry, so I backpedaled. “It’s ok, we weren’t close. Just spoke a few times but he felt like a good friend.”
“Who was it?” he asked.
“Charlie Kirk.”
Empathy turned to anger. Like I’d tricked him.
“Well, I don’t know him, and I don’t care what happens to him.”
“But he was my friend. I’m your friend. Isn’t that enough to care?”
He pivoted to politics. Gun violence. Assault weapon bans. “You people.”
I said it was a bolt-action rifle. He didn’t care. He said he didn’t care about Charlie.
Even though Charlie was a father? A friend? A believer?
“No,” he said. But his body language betrayed him. He did care.
Then: “I don’t want to talk politics.”
“I’m not,” I said. “I lost a friend. A friend with a wife and two beautiful daughters.”
Again: “I don’t care.”
So I turned and walked away.
He could have changed the subject, asked me about my Dad and 9/11 instead. But he was fixated on political drama not true empathy.
Some Republicans will say I should’ve stood my ground, yelled, fought back, told him off.
Some Democrat friends will say I should’ve leaned in harder with empathy and spent time getting him to understand my point of view.
But here’s the truth: I’m done.
Done debating. Done convincing. Done trying to “win” them over.
Charlie lived that. He spoke truth with compassion, even behind “enemy lines.” He never saw Democrats as the enemy. He saw Americans missing key pieces of the truth. He gave empathy and respect coupled with hard truths until his last dying breath.
He was a better man than me. Better than most of us.
And now he’s gone.
I’m not a great men Charlie, I’m a Captain in the U.S. Merchant Marine. We don’t talk, or seek glory & fame, don’t ask for thanks or forgiveness. We just move cargo. LOTS of cargo.
Our motto is simple: Acta Non Verba.
Actions, not words.
So why don’t I fight harder in my own neighborhood? Why do I let it go when a neighbors took down my flag on “no kings day”? Why do I remove the Trump magnet on my tesla when I get home.
Because the consequences are real. They don’t just punish me my kids will suffer for the sins of the father. But as the man said, he doesn’t care. That’s the line I won’t let them cross.
And because I do not have the courage of Charlie.
But gratitude for Charlie demands something more. Something bigger than my town which isn’t going to change. Debate is over. Tears are over. The time for action is here.
Not violence. Not riots. Not theatrics.
Political action.
Votes. Campaign cash. Pink slips across DC. Crowds of conservatives in every GOP office in congress demanding they stop doing TV appearances and start playing hardball.
Laws flipped at local, state & federal levels.
A dozen Scott Preslers in every California & Vermont farm town & every NYC church, rising Christians to vote out Sanders, Newsom, AOC & Mamdani.
An army of white hats exposing criminal NGOs, with Mike Benz, Data Republican, and a phalanx of lawyers volunteering for Will Chamberlain to get convictions.
Mass action against every Marxist policy.
We will not out-scream them. We will out-organize them. You can literally debate them until your last dying breath and nothing will change.
They don’t care and there is no way to change the mind of an apathetic man.
The time for debate is over.
We must speak softly and start carrying a big stick.
Acta non verba.
For Charlie.
Message to Governor Abbott: You now know exactly where Representative Gene Wu is about to be.
If he is not arrested at this rally, we know you’re lying to the people of Texas. The entire nation is watching this unfold. Don’t disappoint us.
I just want to remind everyone that the Democrats themselves are to blame for the current situation with redistricting—
Joe Biden’s DoJ sued Galveston County over commissioner precinct redistricting, and won.
Petteway was what allowed the Republicans to redistrict this way.
BREAKING: GOVERNOR ABBOTT THREATENS TO REMOVE DEMOCRATS FROM OFFICE!
Governor Abbott has released a statement regarding the Democrats who have abandoned their duties in the Texas Legislature.
“This truancy ends now. The derelict Democratic House members must return to Texas and be in attendance when the House reconvenes at 3 PM on Monday, August 4, 2025. Any member who fails to attend will be subject to Texas Attorney General Opinion No. KP-0382, which allows for their removal from membership in the Texas House.
I truly hope this is a threat that Abbott intends to follow through on!
