@SouthwestAir Flights are cancelled due to the weather and being rerouted. Weather isn't your fault, but your failing customer "service" is.

Flights cannot be changed online (because I went online) and it says to call customer service. Customer service phone says waits are over 15 minutes and we will call you back. Meanwhile, my daughter's flight is supposed to take off to a location from which she has no return -- because you changed the destination of her first leg. And you can't even staff customer service to deal with problems due to anticipatable weather-related delays? Disgusting. Your service sucks.
