There are players with more muscle mass, but they tend to get hurt, b/c 90 minutes of continuous running is very taxing.

There is definitely the case to be made that a 3 region rotation of Europe, North America and South America.
You can swap in Japan/South Korea for South America occasionally.
The Iberian Peninsula + Morocco setup is a good one, too.
