As we celebrate Father's Day and Pride Month, it's worth reflecting on how family, acceptance, and belonging shape our mental health.
Many boys grow up under pressure to fit society's idea of what a "real man" should be.
I was almost killed, passed through trauma and he'll only because of Rainbow. Dehumanised and discriminated just because of institutionalised hatred.
But guess what? PRIDE came through when I called. I'm glad I can still live.
