I have been using Claude for teachers. I asked it for a simple article on a science subject and some comprehension checks. I then asked it to triple-check its accuracy. It came back admitting several flat-out wrong "facts" and some wording that was not as accurate as it should have been. I'm glad it told me, but I wonder how many people ask ai to fact check itself. I also wonder if all models actually do it.
