For anyone curious: I think about God all day long. Even when I'm working, or enjoying hobbies.

This is the really cool thing about God and Jesus. They surpass all understanding and the wonders of this world that He has created are endless.

People can spend their entire lives looking at the stars and only understand less than 0.01% of what they are looking at.

It's the same with God. We have an unlimited supply when it comes to seeking His Glory & Majesty

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@archie_lochie The Bible has layers. If you are stuck on a lower layer it's impossible to understand the higher things. You can't even explain it. It's like talking to a brick wall.

Sometimes it can be incredibly frustrating.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@JOpMCG3 @Truth_matters20 I'm not going to argue with you. No matter what i say, you're going to think your right.

Oh HOW SMART YOU ARE. WOW.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@JOpMCG3 @Truth_matters20 By works of the law it is impossible to please God.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@ChristianRenae4 @oliverburdick Good bye.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

Believe what you want. Work out your own salvation. I'm telling you faith is what saves you. Faith produces works.

Your having this conversation right now because of your faith. You're faith has produced the very comments you are typing right now. Which is a perfect example of faith producing works.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

You are saved by FAITH. - May God have mercy on you if this is how you judge others, this is how you will also be judged.

"48 And he said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” 49 Then those who were at table with him began to say among[a] themselves, “Who is this, who even forgives sins?” 50 And he said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”"

"30 Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”"

"28 For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law."

"8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast."

"16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."

"24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life."

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

I was baptized and I recommend it for everyone.

If you had to be baptized. Thousands of people who have confessed on their deathbed would just be out of luck. Gods grace and mercy surpasses all human understanding.

"30 Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”"

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@gentrywgevers We are told not to care about the world or things in the world. We are told to stay clear of worldly things.

Christ does not care who is president. You shouldn't either.

"4 No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him."

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@TheMuppetPastor @oliverburdick If this was true. There would be no point in ministering to people on their death bed.

You can be saved. Up until the very last possible moment.

God's grace and mercy surpasses all human comprehension.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@KES_Alaska @oliverburdick By his belief, anyone who confesses Jesus Christ on their death bed is going to hell.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@iowagolddsm @oliverburdick John 3:16 - Whoever believes in him shall not perish. Pretty simple to me.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@guy49747 @oliverburdick It's an outward symbol of an inward commitment. Similar to a wedding ring.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@BootlegBishop @oliverburdick It's an outward symbol of an inner commitment. Similar to wearing a ring.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@CalvinsTulips @Nella70056956 @lanecart07 @oliverburdick Let me ask you a question. If someone is on their deathbed. And a pastor builds a saving faith in that person, and they accept Christ.

Do you believe they will be saved or do you believe since they weren't baptized, they are going to hell?

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@lanecart07 @oliverburdick No wait!!! Don't bring up that guy!!! lol. People severely underestimate God's Mercy

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@BlackLabelAdvsr I am a soldier of Christ and do not focus on worldly pursuits.

"4 No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him."

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@proMHFMcatholic You underestimate God's mercy. Like you said its not complicated. Saving faith will produce righteous works.

Luke 23 "And he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” 43 And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.”"

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@RichardRawson17 @Truth_matters20 You strongly underestimate God's mercy.

"Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”"

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@noelkelly @Truth_matters20 Tell that to the person crucified next to Christ..

"Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”
Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”"

His only work was verbally acknowledging Christ.

[Duh Br0 @TheBroCoder]

@TheBiblicalUnie @what_says2929 @Truth_matters20 I'm basically paraphrasing this.

"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."
