@GamersNexus Ignoring this concept puts the company in breach of the sales contract. People need to know they have a product liability claim if they are experiencing this freezing issue. /rant
@GamersNexus Hey! Are you guys aware of this freezing issue that's still plaguing ASUS laptops? I bought a G17 back in 2021 but haven't used it much until recently, just before it started freezing on boot. Did the usual troubleshooting to no luck. Apparently, I'm far from alone.
@GamersNexus The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) introduces a concept recognized throughout the US called "implied warranty of merchantability," which means that a product should be fit for the ordinary purposes for which such goods are used. This is in effect regardless of warranty status.
@notxnicexguy On the plus side, since you're invisible when you cast Shatter, perhaps a DM would have creatures in the area roll their saves at disadvantage since they don't see the effect coming? But I think it breaking your invisibility, in this case, just happens to be your fate...
@notxnicexguy Given a strict reading, I would say the "You" is implied. I haven't experienced total consistency from rules in official books, much less in homebrew items. But, I suspect the writer would use more specific wording if they intended for it to produce the effects without casting.

Yes. This is real. And there is something you can do to help get the reform through.

@GrinandBarrick@Kevintemido@Wario64 The music video design on that game alone was enough to make me fall me in love. It's probably one of the easier Rock Bands to play, but still simply just a joy.
@Gobo_Ben@SageAdviceDnD@JeremyECrawford Okay, this is hilarious, but in lieu of any official response, I can tell you that (RAW) the swarm of locusts created by Insect Plague are an area of effect and not actual creatures that they can be targeted by such spells. It may, however, work with Conjure Animals.
I'm a reproductive rights organizer & State Senate candidate. Last night, after speaking at our Roe rally, my Republican opponent – a police officer – violently attacked me.
This is what it is to be a Black woman running for office. I won't give up.

@gameinformer I would just like to point out here that, unlike most other competitive shooters, Halo is a game where everyone starts each match on equal footing. The message in this tweet is better applied to a CoD or BF where progression actually matters for weapons and attachments.
@DaveWil33@SageAdviceDnD@JeremyECrawford Do you have an example for the times when they're not?
I thought it might be thematic, but the inclusion of the Psi-Powered Leap shows that a character with that subclass can use telekinetic abilities on their self, so surely psi-powered unarmed strikes would fall in theme too?
@SageAdviceDnD@JeremyECrawford What rules (spells, features, traits, etc.) should I look to in order to understand why the weapon stipulation is required to balance the Psi Warrior's "Psionic Strike" and "Telekinetic Master" features?
Did you know that Stan almost had his own TV show? In 1968, he filmed a pilot for a talk show where he shared spirited, candid conversations with 3 young editors on a variety of timely topics. Watch this clip to see what his show might have been like!

@CNET Isn't "zero contact food preparation" a little misleading? Or are robots cleaning, chopping, and loading fresh ingredients into the machine each day too?
Anyway, it will be interesting to see how the cost compares to restaurants and frozen varieties.
