@BoltsJolts@dmanfish90 Have you ever watched a baseball player drop after hitting his foot with a foul ball. Same with the hit on top of his foot. The only difference is that he didn’t stay down
@asdonix@Lartchy Yesterday in the Tim Hortons hockey pool they had Patrick Laine as a choice but not Cole Caulfield. Maybe they know something we don’t 😉
@AnneF1610602@cbcwatcher Peter Mackay is one of the reasons the Conservatives are having this problem. As leader of the Progressive Conservatives he merged with the Canadian Alliance Party to form the CRAP party which eventually changed their name to the Conservative Party
@bluebottle931@lopt_the_t@OhMyManna @sarobertsonca I bought my house when Pierre Trudeau was PM for 15% of what it is worth now so why does that matter? Unless you’re saying your wealth gained value under Liberal government
@lopt_the_t@bluebottle931@OhMyManna @sarobertsonca You mean the years he took us from large surplus to deficit even before the financial crisis? I don’t remember them being better in fact worse
@bluebottle931@OhMyManna @sarobertsonca I’m 72 years old. Politicians have promised that for years. The only cuts would be the Conservatives cutting Liberal consultants before they install their own. They’d probably hire more to reward their supporters but would give them another name. Both parties do it.
@bluebottle931@OhMyManna @sarobertsonca Poilievre said during the election that for every dollar of new spending there would be an equal reduction in spending. In other words cuts. It’s been a year since the election and he still won’t say what programs he’ll eliminate.
