“Refugee” is a 1980 sculpture in the grounds of Bristol Cathedral by Czechoslovakian artist Naomi Blake (1924-2018). The piece suggests kindness and compassion for desperate people. Blake survived imprisonment at Auschwitz but most of her family perished there.
