@flipkartsupport Received a call from Flipkart social team. They told me to get the installation of Motorola AC done from the brand itself. They themselves don't do that brand is owned by Flipkart

The resolution time shared to me was 1 June which was extended multiple times and still no one has come for installation . Would request all not to purchase from Flipkart else you guys would also face the same harassment

@flipkartsupport Just got off the call and got to know my resolution time is 2nd June which keeps on increasing everyday. Would never recommend anyone here to buy anything from them which requires installation.

It has been a horrible experience. All my plans getting delayed everyday just because Flipkart team cannot solve there internal issues and cannot get an ac installed even after technician is assigned. The technicians are not even picking the call of customer support guys

I have received call from Jeeves stating my installation has been postponed to 2nd June. Why are you selling Acs when you don't have the capacity to get them installed. Really irresponsible behaviour

@flipkartsupport you have the worst possible support team. No one has reached out to me yet via email or text message. In fact installation has been postponed unilaterally according to your convenience. I was asked to delete the tweet. But I still have screenshots.

You guys just keep extending the deadline of resolution. Please take back AC if you can't get it installed. I have other work to do and will not be available. Please start respecting your customers time. Please provide the next course of action from your end or initiate refund

But everyday there is a technician who is assigned to this case but no one cares to call. Even if they do after hearing about Motorola AC and it's free installation don't bother to call again. I have been following up everyday with technician,flipkart customer support but no use
