Most people won’t miss the next big move because they were late.
They’ll miss it because they dismissed it early.
$DERPYDAVE is starting to look like one of those cases.

Tbh I have mixed reaction to proposed $TON ticker change to $GRAM,
On one side - I understand the intent to some extent & it’s reasonable, as it was in the original whitepaper.
But at the same time - TON is the legacy.
It also reflects in trenches via memes, where many express very different points of view on it.
Before today, it was simple:
- MTONGA: Make TON Great Again
Now, many, including me, are confused a bit.
Is it MGRAMGA, or MGGA, or MTONGA - idk…
for me the fact that this is currently a discussion showing how ppl in similar way share & oppose each other opinions.
If we speak of the network — MTONGA, if we speak of the token — M_?_GA
Ngl this announcement has took me by surprise. As many others in TON Community. And I am not entirely thrilled, nor disappointed with it.
More like… surprised
That’s a big step, and there’s an on-chain vote for it that is ongoing for 7 days. Letting ppl to decide.
But the voting power is influenced by the amount of $TON you hold, making the votes of whales & big players to outweigh the smaller fish in the pond.
Some see the proposed change as bullish, some prefer it to stay the way it is.
Opinions differ from one another… and it will be decided in an old-fashioned way — via DAO and on-chain vote.
Where every holder represent a share of influence equal to his or her holdings.
But what do you think about it?
Do you like the democratic approach?
Is it bullish or bearish in your opinion?
