The Aubrey ISD Aspiring Leader Academy kicked off its 3rd cohort Monday!
20 participants will take part in 6 sessions focused on leadership development and career growth.

Aubrey ISD Director of CTE and Accountability Dr. Jonathan Lee served as the guest speaker at the recent PointBank Business Breakfast, informing attendees about the growth in CTE programs and opportunities for students, including ways to collaborate with area businesses.
On July 24, a ribbon cutting was held at Owens Middle School. Owens is the second middle school in Aubrey ISD and is named after Evalois Owens, a 40-year district employee and founder of the Aubrey Education Foundation. On Aug. 13, it will welcome students through its doors.
We are kicking off the year with a focus on strong attendance β because when students show, they grow! Our goal is for every student to maintain at least a 95% attendance rate, missing no more than nine days all year. Every day counts. Every class matters. Every student benefits.
