I could watch Infinity War a million times and every single time I do I still get unbelievably pissed at Star Lord for losing his shit and biffing the entire plan

Thankful for so many people in my time at ESPN that helped me grow because they are some of the best in the business.
From the broadcast booth to the studio and ESPECIALLY the people many of you never see behind the camera.
They are the REAL MVPs and sacrifice so much time with their families just to ensure people like myself in front of the camera even have the opportunity to shine.
There were so many awesome experiences and moments that my family and I will never forget from the last 3 years.
What people sometimes fail to realize is none of this is possible without you guys, the FANS. So THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my family through my playing days and broadcast career so far.
We love you guys and will continue to seek and defend the truth while telling athletes’ stories the right way. 🤙🏾
Believe it or not one of the first qualities we see take a dip in-season is top speeds resulting in athletes losing their advantage they worked so hard to build in the off-season. Sport is primarily played at sub-maximal speeds and practice is usually filled with slow conditioning.
Luckily it’s really fairly easy to maintain these qualities. Make sure to touch TOP SPEED and max effort at least once a week ideally with at least 48 hours before your next competition and you should be able to maintain the benefits throughout your season.
BREMNER POINT SECURED. 💼
@CoeMSoccer and Cornell finish 1-1 after 90 minutes but the Kohawks win a penalty shootout 3-0 to earn the Bremner Cup point!!!!
