1 Timothy 2:12
“I do not permit a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man…”

Headship structure:
God → Christ → Man → Woman
1 Corinthians 14
Order in teaching and prophecy in the gathered assembly.
Ephesians 5
Husbands are called to sacrificial leadership; wives to responsive partnership.
Nothing here describes inequality only roles and order.
When women are pushed into leadership over men, it often creates emotional, spiritual, and relational imbalance because it reverses design.
Commercial brokerage is one of just a few careers that after 5 or so years of hard work you have the potential to out earn doctors, lawyers, surgeons and most small business owners with none of the schooling or debt.
What’s the catch? It’s only the top 5 % that make that. The rest are barely scraping by or have other sources of income. It’s true, most brokers you will meet are actually close to broke.
The secret is to not do what most brokers do.
That means leaving early, waiting for leads, spending too much time at networking functions and committees, too many side hustles and “hacks” and relying on the same bad market intel from the providers all the brokers use.
To be in the top 5% you need to do what others won’t.
That is to put yourself in the center of the exchange of market intel and talk to clients and potential clients about that intel for hours every day.
Everything else is an after hours task.
Let me make this simple…
A lease is a legal agreement where you pay to use a space, but you don’t own it.
It could be for your business, your office, or your store.
You’re agreeing upfront on:
✔️ How much you’ll pay (your rent)
✔️ How long you can use the space (the lease term)
✔️ Who handles things like repairs or maintenance
✔️ Any special rules (like what you can or can’t do in the space)
Before you sign any lease, make sure you read it, understand it, and ask the right questions.
It’s always better to be clear on the terms than to assume.

I’ve lived in multiple countries, but there’s truly no place like America.
This country has afforded me the freedom to grow, thrive, and contribute both in commercial real estate and in my community.
I’m grateful for the opportunities, the people, and the promise of what’s still possible by working hard and then reaping the benefits.
Happy 4th of July, God bless America, The Beautiful. #4thOfJuly
