As of this morning, providers on our platform can now send prescriptions for Zepbound® vials and KwikPen®, as well as Foundayo™, to the LillyDirect® pharmacy and access self-pay pricing for our customers because of an expansion in our platform’s functionality.
In many ways, today reminds me of Netflix’s early days, when everyone talked about whether they would have the latest blockbuster in their catalog. As if Netflix’s success depended on its ability to become the distribution channel for a single film.
They were missing the forest for the trees: Netflix wasn’t just renting DVDs. It was changing consumer behavior by ruthlessly prioritizing choice and inventing new pathways to the things people wanted the most.
By offering a full range of FDA-approved GLP-1s on our platform, we’re similarly giving our customers more choices through all the tools we have available – and we’ll continue to push here on behalf of everyone who depends on us for their care.

@bielaypiston You don’t think tarrifs played a role into that? They never struggled turning a profit and AMG sales (the enthusiast models) actually rose. The only German brand people seem to like is Porsche and look how their 2026 is going.
@Motor1com BMW & Mercedes have a decade long run of their best sales and earnings ever
Twitter: *posts picture a car that went out of production because customers didn’t buy enough*
“This is what they should spend their money making not the stuff that actually sells”
@hlovo_ Right after this generation they had a decade long sales run better than almost any other manufacturer on earth. Why would they go back to something that put them behind in market share? This example is also a C63 vs their new EV entry option.
@2Hugh2Mungus Mercedes has never been in a better position as a brand. The 2000’s was the worst Mercedes era as BMW dominated the decade and we watched the rise of Audi as a serious brand. It was only after all these cars when they regained market share
@bielaypiston Is it though? You can pick up an SL series AMG that looks extremely similar and performance isn’t too far off for under 20k. The SLS that came after is more loved and the 90’s design holds up better in my opinion. They had their best success after moving from this design language
