Because if I’m not a winner I wouldn’t even check unless I got an email stating that I won. That would have triggered me actually check and purchased. Idk it seems off that I never got my “W” email…

I’m honestly confused and frustrated with the handling of the 3rd Anniversary lottery.

I won the March drawing but never received any notification or confirmation email. The only reason I even found out was from a delayed apology message after the fact.

Because of this, I completely missed my chance to claim something I rightfully won.

How does a system fail to notify winners properly? This isn’t just a minor issue — it directly impacts customers.

I’d like a clear explanation and a resolution here. What are you doing to make this right for affected winners like me
