Care2Prevent mission is centered on eliminating + preventing HIV+ STI’s among young people in Chicago. They provide medical care to people living with HIV + STI’s. In addition to targeting prevention outreach programs, C2P conducts research on pediatric to adult care transition.

Project Vida founded in 1992 with the goal to address the needs of racial + ethnic minorities. What started out as HIV education through outreach had grown into a variety of programs such as direct services for people impacted by HIV/AIDS, prevention + health education programs.
