I came across a video from millionare_diary_zz on TikTok sharing an idea from Adam Grant and his book Give and Take

He breaks people into 3 groups:

• Takers - always looking to benefit first
• Matchers - keeping things equal, give and receive
• Givers - helping others without expecting anything back

The sad part is that in many systems, givers lose

They give their time, energy and effort to help others, yet the reward rarely comes back to them

That’s the gap Causevest wants to solve, we believe the people creating impact should not be overlooked

Someone who helps others should be rewarded.
Someone who gives their time should be recognised.
Someone who creates value in the community should benefit too.
