Congrats to Claire Garman, a PhD student working in Dr. Sujata Chaudhari's lab, who won 1st place in oral presentation at @EntsocAmerica's annual conference. Garman presented their research on the critical role of chitin biosynthesis in tick cuticle integrity.
This week Dr. Sujata Chaudhari is hosting a dozen middle and high school students here on campus for the Young Scientist Research Workshop, which offers hands-on experience in biomedical research.
