On Facebook, this new "explore with Meta AI" feature is literally scraping content from small publisher sites and displaying it in a chatbot within Facebook, essentially making it so no one ever has to click our links to see the content we spend time and money to create.

Please, @facebook. Stop this.

Many of us are already facing extreme financial hardship due to algorithm changes with Google and the impact of AI in general. We desperately need site traffic alternatives and allies in this changing landscape that seems to only be making moves to snuff out niche sites and small publishers - and big tech is not even being coy about it.

Please, Facebook. Don't be another predator to our livelihoods.

Keep the social contract of the internet intact.

Stop Meta AI from attaching to our content or prevent it from scraping our content and direct users to our links instead.
