Day two of trying to get @SamsungUS to start an exchange for the refrigerator that got delivered to me damaged.

Today I got told I need to repurchase the product before they will start a return.

So they want ANOTHER $2,500.00 from me before doing anything.
Unacceptable.

Completely ridiculous that there's literally no one to answer the phone and text/chat services cannot help.
