you can use non-default hairstyles in the DT benchmark! :3

1. on the login screen, right-click to save current appearance
2. go to documents\my games and copy the FFXIV_CHARA_XX.dat file from FFXIV into the benchmark folder
3. rename to FFXIV_CHARA_BENCH01.dat (any number is ok)

👋 Hi there! It’s been a while since my last update on the whole Alex / @/Themis_FFXIV situation since I’ve been enjoying the latest in-game events with the advent of inter-DC travel, organising new events, and prepping to move house. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the last few events, my heart has been so full! Genuinely so energised by it all.

I also didn’t want to touch it again, but since Alex has addressed me and has escalated the situation, it’s my desire to offer a rebuttal to any of her and her followers’ claims. Don’t worry about me, I’m hardly emotionally affected at the moment by her latest rallies. But thank you for your support and further corroboration in my DMs - it is seriously so appreciated.

For those who aren’t interested in this, you’re so welcome to unfollow me or mute this thread – I harbour no resentment towards this! I also have no expectation of convincing Alex or her followers of changing their mindset. However, I will make a fresh statement, on behalf of myself, and on behalf of my friends.

- Did she mean to order a cease and desist? If so, that’s not legally binding.
- If it isn’t a cease and desist, then she would need a lawyer to follow the legal proceedings of serving me notice. This requires her to know my name, and serve it within my country.
- Will she fly from Singapore to Australia to do so, considering how strapped for cash she claims to be? How will she pay for her lawyer fees?

- It’s slander if it’s untrue. But her words are right there in the screencaps. And it’s 500 pages (unfortunately), not 50, because I also provided the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 screencaps as well the cropped ones, for actual context. So far, she hasn’t provided any evidence of her own refuting our claims.

- Ah, this tells me she didn’t read the doc. I even put in a disclaimer in there reminding people to not harass her, and to treat her properly - and even gave advice for the type of things she should try to unpack in therapy. Oh well, at least an attempt of good will was made.
- As for the people she mentioned, leave them out of this. Lissa has not contributed a word to this since I decided to edit it for public consumption. They continue to stay uninvolved, as is their right. Leave them alone.
- As for Fira, Prince and Reno, these are the people Alex impacted the most, so naturally, they will have their own contributions. It wouldn’t make a well-rounded case to include only the opinions of myself.
- I can tell Alex didn’t read the document, because it also features testimonies from 3 unaffiliated FFXIV community groups - Kingsglaive (KGXV), Crystal Archons (ARCH), and NoM (NPCs of Materia). These people reached out to me after they heard what Alex did in Materia. That’s Miah, Sikav, and more who’s names have been censored for their protection. She hurt them just as much as she hurt us. That's approximately... 20 testimonies in total. Says a lot about someone, doesn't it?

Wow. Honestly expected better after they left KGXV way back when on Chaos. Knew them back then and have experienced this first hand what they do. From falsely accusing wonderful people to calling me a close trusted friend and talking behind my own back. Consequences am I right?

@/Themis_FFXIV recently wrote about her experience with someone she claims was se▒ually coercive and ab▒sive to her. I have something to add to this from a new perspective.

I don’t really do call outs - but here’s one, because her story has ruined someone’s online livelihood. She’s also done the same to us behind the scenes on Discord and in-game. I would otherwise never bring this up but I feel compelled to stand up to injustice and share more of the story to give you further context on the matter.

I know this person from 2022-23 - She goes by Alex, is a prolific Themis roleplayer, and previously G’raha roleplayer. She joined Materia DC and our community when it opened.

She has lied about people before and made very serious accusations about them which were debunked and proven wrong.

Please don’t listen to her or take her seriously. Please assess the validity of comments taken out of context.

I can’t speak to others' experiences on the matter, but you can hear it from them via their replies and QRTs. About my experience: I’ve been her friend for 2 years, we spoke every day and roleplayed our ship constantly.

Over that time I’ve observed her harmful behaviours and observed she is a compulsive liar (been caught multiple times and admitted many lies herself) and shows signs of being a narcissist (exaggeration, one-upping, garnering sympathy, looking for positions of popularity / power). She needs some professional help.

There’s too many behaviours to mention in one post alone, and I think the full context is necessary. I will be summarising some of it in the rest of this thread.
