A couple free agent pitchers needed some data for their agents yesterday, so I grabbed my @rapsodo and met them at St Joe Academy in St Aug yesterday.

Fascinating to watch them apply their craft. Some wicked neg V break and VAA at the plate. Good luck hitters

As a hitting specialist, I was most intrigued by their effort to have as low VAA as possible. Saw some 92+ FB with -2 in the strike zone.

Ball looks like it's literally rising across the plate. Insane.

The quicker you stop feeling sorry for yourself, the sooner you can truly start healing.
