@Dan_Underwood Yeah, they are the only 2 I have ever seen do it. Olivers, I think, was the first I discovered it with. Then found Hecks did it a few years later. I think Hecks are the only ones to still do it, but it's a biennial thing.

#nowdrinking @sandfordorchard Yarlington Mill on leaf fermentation. Fruity, light sparkle, some bitterness takes over with oak flavours and some mild acidity. There's definitely lots going on. #realcider
