@zomato@zomatocare was better when there were actually humans in customer care who would call you and assure you about your order. Right now Zia their bot just chats with you with no proper resolution. It’s just waste of time & money on @zomato
Sometime back I uninstalled @zomato app because of their customer service.
Then installed it again because of their customer service @zomatocare
Now again I have to uninstall it again.
Because really bad customer service.
Facing it since more than 4 weeks now.

I was a flyer in Gulf Air from Mumbai to Bahrain and Bahrain to Paris wherein at the luggage check in in Mumbai I handed over my VIP suitcase and to my shock when I landed at Paris I was informed that my luggage is missing.

@cromaretail Bad customer service @Sony your tv got damaged in just 10 days without even touching and your customer executive is not even resolving it and accusing us without any reason. It’s been 2 months now and it is under warranty. You need to take an action soon.
