Having been in the public eye for a while, one thing that really frustrates me is when ppl simply get mad when critiqued without listening and asking is there some validity to the critique!

I understand we all want the world to think we are perfect - shoot I wanted that also - BUT I also realized very early on that most of what I’ve learned (some things came from personal experience) was from someone else! So when I stop listening or considering what’s being said about me, especially when it wasn’t favorable, I stop learning!

I don’t post or respond on here to call ppl idiots or say they are no good at what they do, I respond out of conviction & with a heart to challenge & teach where applicable! I always have a WHY behind my comments & usually add video evidence!

I will NEVER post to offend or attack someone, so please if you are a player, coach or personality I’m addressing… I’m for you, not against, & want to come to the best conclusion to help you succeed!

That will ALWAYS be my only intention!!
