@raceyemu@SteveBoxman The latest blue tick to suddenly become an expert in immunology. Staggered how Twitter is replete with self proclaimed epidemiologists these days, spreading misinformation
And then there’s this https://t.co/ODpbYH8JoB
@SteveBoxman I thought Castillo did enough to win but I’ve never complained about the outcome. The scorecards were, however, a travesty. I don’t think we’d be even discussing this one if the score cards were a little closer
@SteveBoxman I’d also say that Kovalev was never the same after the rematch. He’s been a shadow of his former self ever since. Seeing him starched by Canelo was pitiful. I thought he threw the fight but I’m now happy to admit he’s simply shot & Canelo really is that good
@SteveBoxman Ward v Kovalev is a tough one and unquestionably an interesting start BUT I felt at the time and since that Ward edged this. The scorecards were IMO fair, although a draw would’ve been reasonable too. For me, Ward grew into the fight and 10/10 for Ward’s corner on the night
@SkySportsBoxing Unquestionably one of the greatest British boxers not to win a world title. But Olympic gold and he danced with some of the very best.
@SteveBoxman Great concept mate. A close fight, which I thought Marquez edged but could’ve gone either way.
Talking of controversial outcomes though. There really can only be one fight; Hagler v Sugar Ray Leonard
Caleb Plant broke his silence on the fight negations between his camp and Canelo Alvarez during a phone conversation with @MikeCoppinger Tuesday evening. #CaneloPlant
@SteveBoxman Audley A-Force Harrison. Not only was he an Olympic gold medalist but he also competed in Strictly Come Dancing, Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Masterchef. Not even Ali, Foreman, Frazier or Lewis managed that
I'm really still unsure about this whole virus / antivax thing. I mean on one side we have professional, qualified doctors and scientists, but on the other side we have Laurence Fox, Right Said Fred, Gillian McKeith, David Icke and Piers Corbyn. It's a tricky one.
