@prakdadlani I've had interviews with top 100 companies of the world, 10,000+ Cr networth companies in India. Ghosting is prevalent everywhere. I once got a rejectection > 1 years later. It is a well known fortune 500 company.

@VazeKshitij Context matters. An engineer who can design a car is way more important than someone who can fix or assemble a car by himself. A plant manager would be on floor and a clerk would be in office, no one would say clerk is more respected.
