@ItsuOfficial He was telling them not too be so rude and arguing with him. They seem never to stop this. Wow please deal with these staff and so some respect to people, especially when you sell and promote your food. Otherwise I will take my purchasing else where.

@ItsuOfficial Deeply disappointed with seeing and hearing your male and female indian staff at Itsu Victoria station just now before closing. Was there purchasing some half price food with my wife. These 2 staff being so rude, arguing with a young man.

Ricardo rudly told me, you can't have towels from there. What difference does it make if get towels from that level. My mother was with me, she is partly deaf. But when I told her of my rude experience there. You must make a serious complaint.

@NuffieldHealth Then even manager Ricardo starts being rude to me. I will the assistant manager talk to like that. I reapted tell I will be making a complaint of my bad experience here. Ricardo told me repeatedly not come back here. Also I wanted to get towels from higher level.
