As 2024 is ending I have decided to use this app less as it is going in a direction that I do not want to deal with or use
If you would like to follow me on the butterfly app feel free as that will be my equivalent platform moving forward!
Thanks for the unhinged times Twitter!
Absolutely gutted by the news today of this industry across the board.
When does it end.
When do we get to finally start to celebrate together again instead of commiserate with one another.
This industry is approaching a heat death and it shouldn't be 😢
For the first time yesterday, I experienced the new @alamodrafthouse QR code ordering system and I can tell you it’s truly awful. Rather than making ordering food and drink more efficient, it actually adds steps to the process AND if you want to order additional items during the film you HAVE to open your phone. No, your cute reference to that irony in your How To Alamo video doesn’t negate how ridiculous this is. Please don’t cut corners with your staff and revert back to physical menus and order cards.
We don't get to talk about the porting very often if ever, but man I am so proud that Dreaming City seemed to not change for players, so much work went into that destination from me (and others) just to make sure it was as preserved as possible when the jump was made
Stuff like this brought me back and made me remember just how much I personally did in QA to make sure the Dreaming City (and more importantly Last Wish) were as correct as possible in Beyond Light.
Literally spent weeks after work logging into prod and taking copious notes
Surprisingly a lot of people don't know that the Queen's Court actually plays a playlist of old Destiny 2 orbit music with some dating back to year 1 and thought people might wanna hear it in game again. It's also curse week this week so you can hop in right now.

For almost twelve years, we have had the joy and honor to explore the Destiny universe with you all. Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2.
As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio.
Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to.
We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us.
From the deepest part of our hearts, thank you, and we'll see you in the stars.
Jeff grabbing the urn, leaving the tribal set, and the transition to the live reunion and live vote reveal is so good.
If this is the last we ever see of it, I’ll be sad, but I’m glad we got it one more time.

I'm so sick of Destiny 3 discourse man
"Yeah dude D2 sucks and I'm never ever gonna play it again but if they slap a 3 onto it I'm gonna throw a bajillion dollars at it" no you arent dawg shut up you're gonna get bored after running a couple strikes and ask for VoG re-remastered
"I can't wait for Evercold so we can have two new jobs!"
"I can't wait for Evercold cause we're gonna explore a new shard!"
"I can't wait for Evercold for the Evangelion raids!"
I can't wait for Evercold so people can stop bitching about how much they hate Dawntrail.
The use of Might+U here is no joke one of the best directorial decisions in the entire series
It's used so sparingly and this scene is amazing because this is when the impact of Deku as a character finally comes full circle where he instilled that Gentle could still be a hero
Got to meet the wonderful @GarrettArt and @KyleFergusson at Fanfest!
Absolutely love how y'all took time to talk to every one of us, it means a ton!
Also why are both of you so much taller than I thought you'd be 😂
My theater experience at the Alamo this year seeing PHM was so insanely bad that the brand is dead to me unless they do a full reversion of this AND say sorry on their hands and knees.
It's so absurdly dumb to look at your core consumer and remove the thing they liked the most.
DINO THUNDER IN 2026?!?!?
I legitimately didn't think I'd ever see anything non MMPR, especially Disney Era, for the rest of my life
Hopefully this trend continues!
I started reading One Piece when I was 10
I am almost 30 and Oda is currently right now, paying off stuff he set up when I was literally in elementary school.
One Piece really is next level shit, and is genuinely one of the best works of fiction ever made.
You immediately expose yourself as a casual if you think One Piece isn't genius af lol
It is unironically the closest thing to the spirit of Shakespeare in pop culture storytelling that I'm aware of. It's litterally written at a different level that shouldn't be humanly possible.
You can read it as a child and you can read it as a scholar. I legitimately think there will be university literature classes which dissect One Piece in the future.
Also like Shakespeare sometimes the layers of iambic pentameter Oda is playing with might influence the story in ways that aren't min-maxed for pure "this is exactly what I wanted to happen". But the fact he can even do what he does is pretty jaw dropping lol
