In our first month of public beta:
- 3,206 users
- $3.2M in trading volume
- $102K in revenue ($93K pack sales, $9K exchange fees)
The best part is we’re hearing from people from all over the world who love the product. U.S., Vietnam, China, Turkey, Nigeria and more.
Now back to work 🚀
GRAIL GENESIS PACKS
- $15 per pack for 3 NFTs
- Hold NFTs or redeem for gTOKENS
- Hold or sell gTOKENS or redeem for real world collectibles
Young Kings Series #1 was Wemby and Yamal. Pokemon Series #1 is Pikachu and Charizard.
Each series has a limited number of packs. 96% of NFTs have been redeemed for gTOKENS to date.
Mission at @GrailCo is to make it fun and easy to bet on people you believe in.
We do it by vaulting real world collectibles and minting tokens that can be redeemed for them. 10,000 gWEMBY = 1 Silver Prizm PSA 10 WEMBY rookie card.
Helped build Coinbase, Polymarket, Opensea from early days and applying a lot of lessons learned to Grail. With your help, this can be the next consumer app that onboards millions of new people.
A zero sum way to look at degen culture is these mfers are dumb so let’s extract as much as we can from them asap. Thats how many founders and VCs been doing it. They put up a fake front but that’s how they really feel.
A positive sum way to look at it is these people are learning and leveling up so let’s help them win asap.
Reporters hit me up a lot asking what I think of Kalshi. I don’t respond bc the answer is nuanced and that doesn’t play well in media but sharing here for transparency.
You gotta respect Kalshi. They sued the CFTC and won in 2024, which was amazing for prediction markets. They’ve built a good centralized product for Americans and onboarded new users to a product category that can be great for the world.
They’ve also shown zero sum energy. Don’t know the extent of it, don’t pay attention to it much but anyone looking can tell and imo it’s hurt them more than its helped.
One thing I’ve learned 15 years in crypto: when you’re early to the right ideas positive sum energy wins.
Respect to eBay and all the other marketplaces for real world collectibles but a day after the biggest game of Wemby’s career there’s been more gWEMBY volume on Grail than Wemby volume on all the real world marketplaces combined
We’re 17 days into our public beta and it’s clear that fungible tokens backed by real world collectibles will be a multibillion dollar asset class.
$235K in trading volume, $26K in revenue and 460+ users.
We’ve got A LOT of work to do of course. If you are reading this, thank you for believing early with us.
Any creator building a real world business must study Chris Brickley.
The Brickley Invitational is the best grassroots basketball event there is. First big stage for future NBA top picks, an incredible venue and great production and overall execution. Many still sleeping on this.
In another life I was a basketball talent scout. Favorites from the 2026 girls and boys games:
CJ Rosser - Sure fire top 3 pick at 6’10 with every skillset. 6’10 might be underselling, he made his coach Matas Buzelis look small in warmups!
Ella Peper - 6’4 (that’s like 7 ft for boys) and can shoot. Great energy and overall vibe on the court!
People bailing on crypto now never believed they just liked it because other people liked it. They’re now chasing the next shiny object.
If you actually believe in human empowerment and transparent markets bringing more freedom to the world you know we are winning and now is the absolute best time to dig deep and continue working on what you believe in.
LIV is bringing great golf to the rest of the world outside U.S. and elevating the pro game overall. Yet many “fans” continue to root for LIV to fail.
Tribalism in crypto can only be rivaled by tribalism in golf lol. I like NO here.
