Show them a “you get a good deal + this is what I normally would make money” deal. Close them by offering them the price somewhere in the middle
@realEstateTrent Car salesmen. Every person that walks in walks in with intention to buy. I’ve never met or heard of anyone going to “just to take a look”. Real estate agent is a close 2nd.
@JRaydephillips@ArisTiCatVerse@carsales_guy They are called public auctions. Look em up in your state. I’m in so cal. There’s one locally where you can test drive the cars before you bid on them but price is high.
My way bigger risk/bigger reward.
@PegBall3@carsales_guy People buy knowing the issues beforehand. I let them know(windows don’t work, ac don’t work, radio don’t work, etc) and they still buy. I price well. Below Market value but above what I paid. I have a full time job so don’t need to make 3-5k on every sale.
