It’s genuinely so upsetting to be reminded that most men will never see you as a true friend or companion. What they care about is if they can get sex from you. And for many of them, as soon as that’s off the table, they get pissed and disappear and hate you for it.

We're more educated at most levels nd tend to be better at managing careers, homes, and childrn.

My 7-year-old niece had a boy throw her to the ground and put his hands around her neck at school. When they went to the principal, they were told he only did it because he wanted to be her friend. A child was hurt, and instead of addressing it seriously, they made excuses for him. this is exactly how girls grow up learning to excuse harmful behavior because “he likes you.” We need to teach boys that hurting someone is never a way to show affection or friendship.
