@onya_fartin @EightTrck I can deny that it was in fact more than that! The apprentice quit because of other reasons not of pay. Plus the owner was getting tired of running things so might as well retire as well. We also just didn’t want to train another apprentice bc it took a such a long time.

@onya_fartin @EightTrck We paid a fair price, I won’t disclose of the exact wage but it was a living wage I can guarantee that. It wasn’t the case of not being able to find a new guy, that was easy. What we couldn’t do is have them stay to eventually take over and become the head mechanic.

@onya_fartin @EightTrck Nope, it was definitely a beautiful museum with a man and his father that loved to collect vintage cars and memorabilia. Driving to a shop would’ve definitely been possible but we were still a shop too.
