@sarahjeong Physician here. This has been going on for much longer than Covid. I’ve helped train a bunch of nurses on their way to becoming nurse practitioners. They all wanted to get away from the bedside and these were some top notch and caring nurses.

@loopyrizla Plenty of water and sleep. If you have healthy kidneys and liver they will take care of you. It’s literally their job to remove waste from the body. Please don’t do juice cleanse, probiotics, etc. They have no evidence and likely cost money.
