I've made great personal progress in the past 4 months.
Yet someone on my TL made 10x my progress in 2 months.

Is there really a 100% mentally-healthy way to invest in NFTs successfully? 🤔
Unless you're in the top 1-2% - I don't think so honestly.
Here's why.👇
- We all have an unstable and possibly excessive appetite for risk.
- NFTs 'reward' users for constantly being online, and active on discord/twitter. This 'user retention' is a major cause for MH issues on social media.
- Finances are involved which elevates emotions.
This was evaluated and studied using the 'Stroop Color and Word test' and compared to other physical activities. Martial Arts is one of the only activities that helps with executive function which is most beneficial for cognitive performance. 🧠

This includes happiness, relationships, your finances, and EVERYTHING else.
In many ways, the best thing you can do for your brain is to spend time with healthy people. I often say the fastest way to get healthy is to find the healthiest person you can stand and then spend as much time around him or her as possible.

“Learn by doing” as John Dewey says. We must interact with our environments, and fail if it comes to that point, in order to adapt and learn.
