Missing Person: Emma Jackson
Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old youth from Dartmouth.
Emma Jackson was reported missing to police on February 8, and last seen on February 7 at approximately 3 p.m. in Dartmouth.
Emma is described as a Black female youth, approximately 4’11” tall, 95 lbs, brown eyes, shoulder-length brown hair and pierced ears.
There is no information to suggest that Emma has met with foul play, however police are concerned for her well-being.

Today, Nov. 20, there will be an outbound lane closure on HWY 102 from 1 km south of Exit 4A to exit 4C. The closure is from 9 am to 3 pm. Drivers are recommended to take alternates routes like the Bedford Highway via Exit 2B (Larry Uteck Blvd) or Exit 3A (Hammonds Plains Rd).
