act bridges the gap between human-readable specifications and EVM bytecode, proving their equivalence. The team kicked off the year with the first official v0.2.0 release, grounded in formalized semantics and proofs of type safety.

Since the Security round ended, the team has channeled the momentum into community and researcher engagement, sparking new research directions shaped by stakeholder feedback:

The Matching Pool Landed. ⚓

Back in May, 31 people took a chance on a rookie dev in the @Giveth Ethereum Security QF round. This week the other half of that bet arrived, 0.656 ETH from the matching pool, on top of what you gave directly.

Thank you to @TheDAOfund and @wintermute_t for anchoring that pool, to @griffgreen and the Giveth crew for building the rails, and to every single person who threw in $5 and a retweet. In quadratic funding, you weren't small donors. You were the multiplier.

So here's the honest accounting, because you deserve one:

Rescue Lifeboat has no staff. No servers. No office. Your wallet never talks to my infrastructure because there isn't any... the whole tool runs on YOUR machine, keys never leave localhost. So when you fund this project, you aren't paying overhead. You're funding one thing: build time. The late nights, the AI-assisted development sprints, the testing against live chains with real gas. That's where every dollar went, and that's why the money moved fast.

And here's what that build time bought since the round closed:

🚢 The May sprint — Mark V fleet extraction (up to 50 wallets at once), the full scan rebuild, @EmblemVault unvaulting, the @Fractal_Visions rescue suite, Apechain + Arbitrum + 4 Superchains. 11 chains total. Full breakdown in my May thread if you missed it.

🛡️ Since then: hardening (pause). A rescue tool that breaks the night someone needs it is worse than no tool at all. The launchers now re-pin every critical package on every single run. So a bad npm audit fix can't silently gut the engine while you sleep. Provider fixes applied across all 11 chains. Automated test suite running against live infrastructure, because mocks lie and the blockchain doesn't.

Still on the roadmap: multi-lingual support, @solana, Ordinals. Still free. Still open source. Still no percentage, no catch-22.

I got an offer to sell this thing. Thought about it. Said no. The person who needs Rescue Lifeboat just got robbed and they're standing at the glass looking in at their own stuff. They don't have money to pay a white hat. That's the whole point.

We just launched a new API – Developer Plan (Free) tier, and it exists directly because of the Ethereum Security QF round.

That funding is what let us introduce the free Developer Plan. It's not a separate initiative we happened to fund on the side, it's the direct result of this round: we used it to subsidize free API access so more builders can integrate scam and honeypot detection into their products without cost being the barrier.

Between May and July, I was the first to flag 11+ major threat intelligence cases affecting protocols, including the Humanity Protocol hack.

I have also provided incident response support and contributed to the freezing of $2M+ in stolen funds.

More human context

Over 1,500 @Proof_Of_Voice reports now appear beneath project scores, providing readers with expert context alongside the underlying risk data.

The reports can now be submitted through the website or Telegram Mini-App, making contributions easier and expanding project coverage every day.

Cleaner project data

Duplicate and empty bug bounty entries were removed. Audit records were standardized.

Detector-collected evidence now fills key fields across token supply, contract verification, team transparency, KYC, regulation, insurance, and security certifications.

Better comparisons

Projects are now ranked both across CORE3 and within their own category, so protocols are compared against relevant peers.

Exchange data covering penetration tests, bug bounties, and proof of reserves was also corrected and expanded.

Stronger scoring infrastructure

We improved the Probability of Loss engine, scoring logic, detector persistence, and data pipelines to ensure risk profiles are consistent and up to date.

CORE3 for the agents

Our public MCP server is already in production, allowing AI assistants to query CORE3 risk data directly.

1- Model the contract in Verity
