Congratulations to Dr. Arthur Rosenthal III on becoming a doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM) from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Rosenthal was in the 2012 inaugural program class and later returned multiple years as a volunteer.
