Work life balance is great, in-fact we recommend it to all our competitors.
Don’t be angry with this post. You’re free to disagree & let us cook :)
@RobDawsonESPN Same old same old. Team has a mild bit of pressure to win a game to go up the table and start positive in a seriously gentle run of fixtures and totally stumbles.
Not sure I’d just pick out the manager for criticism but he didn’t help himself either.
I’ll never understand this. Why can a case be brought when the project is now at the tendering stage? The plans have been available for review for AGES.
How are all the objections not competed BEFORE a project starts and why is it allowed happen after.
A group of residents from Ranelagh in south Dublin have begun a legal challenge against the planned metro rail line for the capital

@MDLFrank@GuiltyasFeral Like Ive to laugh I’ve been calling for them to be more bold and take more risks for years as expansions have got worse and worse and to learn from classic rereleases. And this is where they decide to get bold 😂
@MDLFrank@GuiltyasFeral It’s gaming so it’s going to have an amped response over some boring enterprise product. Feels it’s been a very bad play by Blizzard. By Ion’s own admission this happening very fast and very late.
Lots of this could have been avoided.
@MDLFrank@GuiltyasFeral Worth also remembering part of their player base have the same jobs. So we know how this works.
It’s a big step they are taking so of course we have empathy and understanding (more than plenty of others in this space making commentary)
@MDLFrank@GuiltyasFeral The critique is valid and it’s wild to me Blizzard has taken this approach to the addon topic. Like they didn’t know they would be getting ripped instantly.
The concern is the first shipped iterations of many of the tools missing some fundamental features.
@Raidfather@_Reloe There is new documented API word files that have been shared by blizzard. You can juat share this as part of a prompt to give context
@Plumpus_@Kwepp All these new addons with profile imports are going to be the new way for folks to paywall and make $$$ now that WA and ELvui likely gone
Recruiting our second engineer and had a call with an American living in Berlin
We got to salary negotiations and I offered €35K
He laughed and said “is that per month?” in an annoying Texan accent
I explained that it is annual and actually very competitive for a senior engineer in Germany
He said he was making $220K at his last job in San Francisco plus equity
I explained that sharing equity creates unhealthy incentives and I myself own only 12% after our seed round with a local family office
He called me an euro loser and hung up
That’s exactly the problem with the US tech, unrealistic compensation expectations that create market bubbles
I will never work with Americans again
@tiggr_ Drone glitching and rooftop glitching is unbelievable. Manhatten map is basically a must to ignore in searches. Crazy to me its still happening this long after launch
