The flowers also arrived in a box with no water, no vase as promised. They were crushed and broken and brown and the card was missing. They were also 4 days late.

@BloomexAU thank you for an utterly horrific and disappointing customer experience. Ordered flowers Friday 25th for delivery 27th July. Call on the 26th to advise not possible, and to be delivered Monday 28th. @Aramex have collected today and now not delivering until 31st.

The collaborative initiative bridges the gap between these departments in improving the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families.

Pregnancy Family Conferencing - a person-centred model of care and collaborative interagency approach to promote early engagement and planning with pregnant women and families at risk of their newborns entering out of home care at birth. This is being implemented in @SEastSydHealth under the Brighter Beginnings initiative building on the work underway since 2014 across the LHD.
