@dyanaj_x breast! i have never had perky boobs (from age 12-25) and i desperately have always wanted a boob job.
practically: nose job. I used to have a lot of breathing issues as a kid and later learned about my deviated septum. I’d love a nose job… but i’d copy my mother’s nose.
