@card_guide No, but it will set the high sale record for wrestling cards. Until some of the truly unique, rare, and visually appealing cards are sent to auction.
@derekr0808 @BrandonGassiot @mikemaher_cards Generally, a lottery is defined by 3 elements - prize, chance, and payment. When not everyone receives a card, getting a card is now a prize. Wheel spin is the chance and everyone in the break paid.
@WatchTheBreaks When 90% of the hobby in some way participates as a dealer, it condenses and amplifies peaks and valleys caused by money flowing in and out of the space. Everyone is happy buying/selling at 90% on increasing comps. The inevitable race to the bottom that follows is brutal though
@itsgeoffwilson So the fee is dictated by value which is dictated by grade? And the company collecting the fee also decides the value and grade? No conflict of interest to see here.
@mikemaher_cards It's america, do whatever you want. But also don't get mad when collectors advise new collectors to buy singles and avoid the gambling and profit for others.
@PhillyTeslaDad@jemelehill@clarencehilljr Exactly. He was in the second tier of qbs in a bad qb class. Then opted out of pre draft activities and reportedly did poorly in meetings. So what he saw as leverage actually wasn't since teams loaded up on QBs last year and are prepping for next.
@SCUncensored Has it ever been confirmed that inscriptions are written by the athlete? Not just in this wwe release but in other sports, I see a lot of the same hand writing on the inscription while the autos are wildly different.
@kaseymcdd @MainEvent_Mike I am ignorant to the situation because only half the info was posted. Not sure what your role is here but great job googling!
@MainEvent_Mike Hey, that looks legit on your end to me. I was more talking to the difficulty in pressing charges on this situation. But if a dumbass straight up admits it, you're in good shape.
@kaseymcdd @MainEvent_Mike In this case did anyone admit receiving and saying they'd send back? Personally I think the seller fd up and wants things made right. But in the eye of the law, it's just as possible he shipped both buyers base cards. There's no proof.
@kaseymcdd @MainEvent_Mike You do realize that refers to when something addressed to someone else arrives in your mailbox, right? If someone sends a package addressed to you and you get it, that's expected not an obvious error. Card people googling criminal law is rough. Lol
@kaseymcdd @MainEvent_Mike @filthbombbreaks Ok. So my local grocery store adds an extra can of soup in my grocery delivery. I'm a thief if I don't return it? Come on. It's the cost of doing business. Hire more qualified people that don't mess up if you don't want mistakes.
@mshirar @MainEvent_Mike Exactly. You call the cops and say "he stole my card". Cops say "where did he steal it from?". I don't think "his mailbox" is an adequate response. Lol.
