I built a free site that tracks every autonomous and self-driving vehicle crash reported to NHTSA.
6,215 incidents. 68 fatalities. 3,096 injuries. 60 manufacturers. Every report the government has โ searchable by company, vehicle, state, and severity.
Tesla alone: 3,092 incidents. 56 fatal.
Waymo: 1,729 incidents. 2 fatal.
We also pulled in every active NHTSA investigation, recall, and technical service bulletin. Plus California DMV disengagement reports for robotaxi companies.
The data has always been public. It's just been buried in PDFs and government databases nobody reads.
Now it's not.

I built a free database tracking what happened to every SPAC from the bubble.
1,320 SPACs. $363 billion raised. 59 bankruptcies. Average return: -55%.
The data tells a brutal story:
โ 85% trade below their $10 IPO price
โ Banks earned $8B in fees โ win or lose
โ Sponsors risked $25K for 20% equity
โ Only $6.67 of every $10 reached the actual company
Every profile links to SEC filings. All data is downloadable.

I built a free tool that lets you look up any Medicare Part D prescriber in America and see exactly what they're prescribing, how much it costs, and whether their patterns look unusual.
1.38 million providers. $275 billion in drug costs. 5 years of data. All public records โ just never been this accessible.
We also ran machine learning fraud detection across the entire dataset. 4,183 providers flagged. 233 scored as high-risk.
Nobody's been charged. But the patterns are wild.

I processed 31.8 million USDA payment records to find out where $147 billion in farm subsidies actually goes.
69% of American farms get nothing. The #1 recipient isn't even a farm โ it's Florida's emergency management agency ($346.6M).
Every state. Every county. Every program. Free, no paywall.

I downloaded 4.2GB of immigration court data from the DOJ and turned it into something anyone can actually use.
9.6 million cases. 1,409 judges. 88 courts. Every outcome tracked.
Some things I found:
โ Your judge matters more than your case. Asylum grant rates range from 0% to 45% depending on who you're assigned. Same law. Same courtroom. Completely different odds.
โ 73% of immigrants face court alone โ no lawyer, no translator, just them vs. a government attorney. The ones who do get lawyers win at 5x the rate.
โ 1.9 million cases are sitting in backlog right now. Average wait: over a year. Some courts? Nearly 3 years.
โ 65,000 lbs of fentanyl seized at the border โ and 97% came through official ports of entry, not between them.

Just launched something I've been working on for a while.
https://t.co/UOFPQDRqvJ โ a free tool that lets you explore every vaccine adverse event report filed in the U.S. since 1990. That's 1.98 million reports across 104 vaccines.
The VAERS database is public but honestly terrible to navigate. So I built something better.
You can search by vaccine, symptom, state, or manufacturer. Compare vaccines side by side. See which side effects get reported most, how reporting patterns changed over time, and where the data clusters.
There are 15 interactive tools โ including a signal detection dashboard that flags statistically unusual reporting patterns and a reporting rate calculator that puts the numbers in context.
The whole thing is free. No paywall, no account, no ads.
I'm not pushing an agenda here. The data says what it says. Some of it will concern you. Some of it will reassure you. That's kind of the point.

I spent 3 months analyzing every Medicare payment made to every doctor in America over the last decade.
$854 billion. 1.7 million providers. 96 million rows of data.
Then I trained an AI on 8,300 convicted fraudsters and asked it one question: who else bills like a criminal?
It found 500 doctors.
Some highlights from digging through a decade of Medicare data:
โ One provider billed 4,132 services PER DAY. That's one every 7 seconds.
โ A doctor in LA charged $19,770 for every $100 Medicare paid
โ 4,636 doctors appear to practice in multiple states simultaneously
โ COVID testing created a $2.8B billing gold rush overnight
โ Wound care in South Florida is a $5.5B fraud hotspot
Every dollar is searchable. Every provider is named. Every methodology is explained.
I built it all into a free, open site: https://t.co/d66o786rYr
68 investigations. 30,000+ provider profiles. Full ML fraud detection pipeline.
No paywall. No agenda. Just the data.
The government loses $233-521 BILLION per year to fraud.
That's more than the entire education budget.
I built https://t.co/wECDLQxYFr to track where $11.2 trillion in taxpayer money actually goes.
Some highlights:
โ DOD: $1.4T budget, never passed an audit
โ 10 companies control 64% of all federal contracts
โ DOGE "savings" = 0.81% of total spending
โ Your tax dollars: 18ยข Medicare, 16ยข Social Security, 12ยข just paying interest on debt
60+ pages of free data, charts, and investigations.
Follow the money โ https://t.co/wECDLQxYFr
I analyzed OPM data on 2 million federal employees.
The brain drain is real:
โข Employees leaving earn $49K MORE than their replacements
โข 54% of Selective Service is near retirement age
โข 217K positions restructured since Jan 2025
โข GS-13s with 19 years leaving, GS-5s with 1 year replacing them
Built an open data site to track all of it โ https://t.co/j2lgTHfF89
Minnesota has 1.7% of America's population but accounts for 4x its share of Medicaid fraud exclusions.
The U.S. Attorney says fraud likely exceeds $9 BILLION. 78 indictments. Nearly 60 convictions. A DOJ strike force created just for one state.
We analyzed 227 million Medicaid billing records and built an interactive deep-dive into how Minnesota became America's Medicaid fraud capital:
โ Feeding Our Future ($250M stolen)
โ Autism therapy billing fraud (EIDBI)
โ Housing program so broken the state shut it down
โ 81% of ALL interpreter service fraud nationwide happens in MN
The data tells a clear story: generous programs + weak oversight = organized fraud at industrial scale.

I spent a week digging through 227 million Medicaid billing records. $1.09 trillion in taxpayer money from 2018-2024. All public data from HHS that nobody was really looking at.
Built a site to make it all searchable. Here's what jumped out:
๐ฉ CARES INC (New York) โ went from billing $1.6M in 2018 to $112.6M by 2023. That's a 6,886% increase. Seven separate fraud indicators triggered on them.
๐ฉ SRH CHN Lead Health Home LLC (New York) โ a brand new entity that appeared out of nowhere and immediately started billing $239 million. Four flags triggered.
๐ฉ City of Chicago โ $23M to $240M, a 942% spike. Three flags.
๐ฉ Massachusetts DDS entities โ billing 37-51x the national median for residential habilitation services. Not a typo. Thirty-seven to fifty-one times.
Brooklyn has 64 flagged providers billing a combined $13.7 billion. All five NYC boroughs together โ 111 flagged providers. New York is on another planet.
Arizona has a suspicious cluster of brand-new providers that popped up right after the pandemic and started billing aggressively. 46 new entrants flagged.
COVID was a gold mine for some โ procedure code U0003 (COVID testing) generated $3.9 billion in Medicaid payments alone. LabCorp billed $174 million just in COVID tests.
The scariest part might be the small providers nobody's watching. One billed $652K with a fraud risk score of 0.898 out of 1.0. These aren't big hospital systems pushing boundaries โ these are tiny operations with billing patterns that look nothing like legitimate practice.
Vermont has the highest per-capita fraud flag rate in the country. The most expensive single procedure costs $92,158 per claim.
I ran 13 statistical tests and a machine learning model against every provider in the dataset. Cross-referenced the OIG exclusion list. Built specialty-level peer benchmarking.
1,860 providers flagged. $226 billion in flagged spending.
Every provider is searchable. Every flag is documented with full methodology. All open, all free.
If you're a journalist, researcher, or just a taxpayer who wants to know where the money goes โ dig in. And if you find something, let me know.
